- A course with an extended meeting time may fall into two exam periods; in such cases, the instructor determines which exam period will be used for the examination.
- Instructors must hold an exam or educational experience during the examination period.
- No student is required to take more than two exams on any one day in the exam period.
- A course which meets outside of the normal class schedule may have an exam at a date/time agreed on by the instructor & students.
